- Jefferson Lab. CEBAF. Measurement of the cross section for elastic photoproduction of the PHI meson at four-momentum transfers up to 4 GeV**2 using the CLAS detector. The tagged photon beam energy is 3.3 to 3.9 GeV from an incident electron beam of 4.1 GeV
